My primary day job is being a senior leader (and servant leader) of large software engineering teams.  I have led teams with over 200 team members in the consulting and financial services industries.  My other job is conducting leadership coaching, mentoring, training, and event speaking.  I love leading people, building teams, and driving organizations toward exciting futures.  I’ve worked hard but have tried to work with wisdom and balance too.  My career even includes taking a year long sabbatical to prioritize faith, family, and adventures.  (I recommend taking a sabbatical if you can)

I am devoted to and blessed by my wonderful wife and two kids and live in beautiful Southern California.
